My Approach

The theories I draw on are rooted in helping you access your  authentic self  through a therapeutic relationship that is collaborative, active, and real.  Essential to this work is bringing my full self into the room.  I am curious, compassionate, and committed to creating an atmosphere where all parts of the self can be expressed.

As a couples therapist, my intention is to help each partner find satisfying and effective ways of expressing their unique position.  Through this process, I work with each partner to increase their awareness around their “go-to” responses when issues arise and help them to develop different choices.  My goal is to help the couple experience a greater sense of freedom, closeness, and loving connection.
